I understand that by submitting my content, I am authorizing Echo Fiction to designate my production group as a 'content partner', if it is not already, and grant Echo Fiction license to create its own visual collateral to promote my content and use any of my visual collateral at its discretion. I understand that submitting my content is for 'stream-only' inclusion and publication on Echo Fiction and does not guarantee placement or compensation of any kind. I understand that I am using the Echo Fiction publication service at my own risk and discretion, and I indemnify and hold harmless Dreamseed LLC. I understand that I will retain copyright to my content and Echo Fiction's legal relationship with my content's creator(s) is limited to my audio production group's highest ranking officer and/or the group itself as a company entity.
