Biography
Xander Davis was born in Celina, Ohio, where he grew up. While a senior in high school, Davis was also a fulltime freshman in college, and he started his own web-design & hosting business AtlasImage. He graduated college with a degree in graphic design, minoring in business administration.
Davis has worked as an award-winning Creative Director and Flash Design & Branding Specialist for an Internet media agency in Indianapolis, a Senior Designer and Photographer for a Fortune 500 company in Fort Wayne, and a New Media Consultant overseeing the creation of several integrated, highly focused e-commerce websites.
Currently, Davis works as a User Interface Artist for High Moon Studios, a video game company owned by Activision. He is working on a high-profile action title for Xbox 360, PS3, and PC, while living in southern California.
Additionally, Xander Davis has established his own record label for his solo electronica act Force Effect, with music available on all major digital distributor stores, including iTunes Internationally. He is also currently finishing a second draft to a 50,000 word novel.
Founding Dreamseed.com in early 2005, Xander officially launched it as a limited liability company on January 1st, 2006. While at home, he oversees all Dreamseed.com projects and performs voice acting. He also performs all Dreamseed.com branding, graphic design, web design, and public relations.
In July 2008, Davis decided to separate publishing from Dreamseed and create Echo Fiction to handle audio theatre publishing for other audio theatre groups, believing a rising tide lifts all boats. He is the Executive Producer for Echo Fiction, performing all content acquisition, management, accounting, web-design, marketing, branding and graphic design at EchoFiction.com.
Xander's father is Dan Davis, a professional illustrator and comic book creator, writer, penciler, and inker.
